To request the use of the facility, email firstname.lastname@example.org, and please indicate ‘Building Use’ in the subject line. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply. A member of the building use committee will try to respond to you within in that timeframe, depending on the nature of your request. During busy times, trials, or traveling, there may be a delay of up to 72 hours for a reply. Please refer to the main page for details to include in your request

If you have not used the building for personal use in the past, an approved person will need to meet with you to go over the use of the facility prior to you using the facility. Even if you have attended classes or run-thrus, you will still need to meet with someone directly affiliated with the facility prior to using the facility for your personal use. Please plan accordingly and request in advance of when you are wanting to use the facility.
